Condition of Items for Return

• Items must be in new or virtually new condition (used once is acceptable as long as the item remains in resellable condition, including original packaging, tags, and accessories).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your item is faulty or damaged, DBL MAX will cover the return or exchange shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damaged item.

Non-Faulty Returns

• For non-faulty returns (e.g., change of mind or sizing issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must meet the return conditions for a refund or exchange to be processed.

Refunds

• Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
